<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 같은 글로벌 오프라인 사업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 적당한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 많다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 늘어나고 있습니다면 구글이 최대로 최선으로 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 이야기 했다.</p>
<p>29일 업계의 말에 따르면 쿠팡(대표 김범석), 위메프(대표 박은상), 티몬(대표 유한익) 등의 소셜커머스와 대형 온라인몰인 LF(대표 오규식), 신세계인터내셔널(대표 차정호) 등은 휴대폰 소액결제 후 취소 시 결제월과 취소월이 다르더라도 계좌로 현금을 우선 지급하고 있다.</p>
<p>포털 네이버(Naver)와 다음의 언론사 제휴를 심사하는 포털 뉴스제휴평가위원회가 5월5월 소액 결제 현금화 등 관련 기사를 다수 수기한 언론사들을 퇴출했다. 허나 잠시 뒤에도 몇몇 언론을 중심으로 이처럼 기사가 나타났다 사라지는 일이 반복되고 있는 상황이다.</p>
